We provide professional and confidential* counselling, therapy and psycho-social support for a range of mental health and emotional well-being concerns with our Registered Counsellor Carolyn Rogers.
Support is available for those 18 years of age and over** Individuals, Couples, and Relationships at our counselling
studio located in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

We use an integrative of evidenced based therapeutic techniques, including Expressive Art Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness, Self-compassion and more.
Whilst your past is an important part of influencing who you are today, our focus in counselling is working in the 'here and now'
and what might be impacting your mental health.
The working relationship between you and your counsellor is one of the most important aspects of what makes counselling work (Wompold, 2015).

Registered Counsellors are also bound by the limits of confidentiality set-out by their professional organisation and further government legislation.
