The working relationship between you and your counsellor is one of the most important aspects of what makes counselling work (Wompold, 2015).
We work with you from a strengths based and future focussed, not a problem focussed, perspective to assist you to achieve your preferred future.
At Obsidian Counselling we believe our therapeutic technique should fit your needs, NOT you fitting into a specific therapeutic framework.
We use an integrative approach of evidenced based therapeutic techniques and tailor our style to suit YOU and YOUR unique mental health concerns and individual needs.
Carolyn has an holistic view of mental health and emotional well-being where the interconnection of the biological, psychological and social aspects of your life may disrupt or have an impact on your well-being.
